MOBILE WEB APPS

Build a multi-platform mobile web app – for free. When you’re happy with your app, simply click the HTML5 upload button and the link produced will work in all smartphones’ browsers using the AppShed URL and your app's name e.g. www.appshed.com/myappname

PRO MOBILE WEB APP PLAN

For £9 a month your mobile web app can have a personalised URL (i.e. your website address) plus you can update your web app’s text, images and design 24/7 – and the changes will appear live. All of your app’s contents will also be hosted on our dedicated Cloud server.

Once you’ve built your app, we will submit it to your chosen app store for just £350 (£99 for additional platform app store submissions).

PRO NATIVE UPDATE PLAN

For £9 a month you can update your app’s text, images, structure and design 24/7 – and the changes will appear live. All of your app’s contents will be hosted on our dedicated Cloud server.

PRO-BUILD SERVICE

HOW TO PAY

Once you have completed your app you will be asked to fill in a form and then to pay for your app. We will check your app adheres to the necessary requirements – AppShed is built around the current requirements, so it most likely will. If not, most problems can be swiftly resolved. You don't need to pay until your app is ready to submit.

FREE APPS/PAID APPS

There are advantages to both and we will advise you as to the best action plan for your app.

If your app is going to be free (i.e. for promo purposes) then we will submit it to the various app stores on your behalf. It can take between one and six weeks for apps to be approved by the various stores, at which point we will notify you (and the world can begin to download it).

If you wish to charge for your app in the Apple Store you will need to apply for the Apple Developer Program to get your own account – we will guide you through this process, if required. Apple insists on this arrangement as it only allows one bank account to be associated with each developer. So aside from the fact that Apple will pay you directly, other benefits include the fact that you can keep a close track on sales and trends.
